Job Requirements

Over the age of 18 years old
Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
High school diploma or GED
Reside within 20-30 minutes of Bryan Medical Center facility
At least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
Comfortable working outdoors for the entire shift
Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license (no permits or probationary licenses)
Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years
Ability to work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using apps and technology on a tablet
Ability to move with urgency and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Ability to stand for several hours in an outdoor environment
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
Bilingual is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Job Duties

Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests primarily entailing parking and retrieving vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
Work continuously outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
Engage physically by walking, standing, pushing, and pulling luggage and belongings in and out of vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service
Use daily apps and technology to maintain operational logistics and efficiency
Maintain a clean and professional work environment and provide assistance with mobility challenges including wheelchair and escort services as needed
Meticulously maintain vehicle records including condition photos and other required documentation
Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to site requirements and traffic laws
Provide accurate directions and helpful information about hospital facilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team members
Perform other duties as assigned.
