Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • valid driver's license
  • clean driving record
  • ability to work on-call/prn basis
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow safety protocols
  • physical ability to handle vehicle operation and guest assistance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
  • physical capability to operate vehicles and assist guests

Job Duties

  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws
  • greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude
  • help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles
  • check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them
  • record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly
  • explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors
  • report accidents right away to your supervisor or Lane Captain
  • keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always
  • maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
  • perform other duties as assigned
