Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 3 years driving experience
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- ability to work on-call/prn basis
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow safety protocols
- physical ability to handle vehicle operation and guest assistance

- physical capability to operate vehicles and assist guests
Job Duties
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws
- greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude
- help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles
- check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them
- record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly
- explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors
- report accidents right away to your supervisor or Lane Captain
- keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always
- maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
