Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • Ability to drive safely and follow traffic laws
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to assist patients and visitors
  • Availability to work PRN (on call)
  • Must be able to maintain patient privacy
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of parking and traffic safety regulations
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines

Job Duties

  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws
  • Greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude
  • Help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles
  • Check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them
  • Record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly
  • Explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors
  • Report accidents right away to supervisor or Lane Captain
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always
  • Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
