Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Ability to drive safely and follow traffic laws
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to assist patients and visitors
- Availability to work PRN (on call)
- Must be able to maintain patient privacy
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws
- Greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude
- Help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles
- Check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them
- Record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly
- Explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors
- Report accidents right away to supervisor or Lane Captain
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always
- Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
