Job Requirements
- education at bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience preferred
- experience in marketing, development or related field
- proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- ability to work as-needed hours including evenings and weekends
- maintain a dependable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with an F endorsement
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs
- ability to perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching
- exposure to biological hazards
- hearing of normal and soft tones
- close eye work capability
Job Qualifications
- marketing, development or related field preferable
- software skills must include Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred
- knowledge of current practices in marketing, fundraising and community development, as well as the behavioral health field
Job Duties
- participate in coordination and implementation of fundraising and community/internal events
- create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, programs, etc
- organize and maintain event contacts and distribution lists
- provide volunteer coordination assistance for special events
- assist with other special projects as needed
- approve and monitor program-level social media accounts and lead staff on effective social media engagement
- coordinate and design email marketing in conjunction with the Breakthrough Gala and other special events
- design layout for special event publications including flyers, posters, banners, and sponsor brochures
- assist with basic photography and submit to marketing department
