Job Requirements
- Maintain current food worker card
- Ability to deliver orders in a timely manner
- Walk and stand continuously
- Perform work both inside and outside
- Sit infrequently
- Lift and carry frequently up to 50 pounds
- Push frequently up to 50 pounds
- Climb stairs frequently
- Bend and squat frequently, manipulating weights up to 50 pounds
- Twist or rotate occasionally, manipulating weights of 25 pounds or more
- Reach frequently, including overhead and below waist manipulation of weights
- Read clearly with or without corrective lenses
- Hear telephone and audible alarms
- Strong command of English sufficient to read, write, and interpret administration information
Job Qualifications
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with cooks and other staff
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
- Maintain current food worker card
- Ability to deliver orders in a timely manner
Job Duties
- Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision
- Take food and drink orders from residents and guest accurately and with a positive attitude
- Write resident or guest food orders on order slips
- Engage with residents in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen
