Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of general office work required with a focus on customer service
- Must have good communication comprehension computer and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to speak read write and understand English
- Must have good working computer skills with basic professional computer software Microsoft Office suite Windows etc and the capacity for learning new software systems quickly
- Must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and assignments concurrently
- Must have strong motivational skills and a high emotional intelligence quotient (EQ)

Job Duties
- Answers phones according to facility policy,takes and relays messages for managers and staff,Screens calls,Greet residents visitors and staff and helps with their needs in a professional and compassionate manner,Maintains work area to ensure a welcoming environment that is clean and sanitary,Restock supplies refreshments point of sale items collateral as applicable,Provides directions to residents visitors and staff making connections with the correct responsible party as needed,Assists with tasks as assigned such as tracking facility keys and managers' schedule,Processes work orders IDTs and ensure they are given to correct department,Performs clerical functions such as computer data entry sorting and filing including photocopying for residents and management staff,Processes incoming and outgoing mail,Assists with resident requests as needed
