Job Requirements
- Current nursing license
- Valid BLS certification
- Minimum one year experience in primary care
- Two years experience in administrative roles
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- Ability to use electronic medical records
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- Nursing license to practice in the state applied for
- Minimum of one year experience in primary care
- At least two years working in an administrative capacity
- Exceptional phlebotomy skills
Job Duties
- Support physician in clinical and administrative functions
- Interview and assess patients to obtain medical information and report findings to physician
- Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests and work with contracted labs for additional tests
- Assist with medical procedures
- Administer injections and vaccinations
- Manage supplies and inventory
- Maintain patient flow and coordinate specialist visits and referrals
