Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a reception type setting
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
- Proficient computer skills in Excel and Word
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional holidays
- Empathy toward the elderly and understanding of geriatric issues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Pleasant demeanor and calmness under pressure
- Honesty and integrity

Job Duties
- Greeting visitors to the community
- Answer telephone calls and direct/transfer calls to the appropriate location received at the front desk
- Forward resident requests for services to the applicable department and/or staff members
- Receive and arrange for distribution of mail, packages and vendor deliveries received at the front desk
- Protect residents' rights, records, and privacy as required by federal, state and local regulations
- Practice AMH's Service Standards in all work situations
- Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, resident and Academy Boulder matters
- Be organized and efficient in managing workload
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Communications with resident in staff, both written and verbal
