- Bilingual in Spanish
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- ability to multi-task
- knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- prior experience in a busy medical office setting highly preferred

Job Duties
- Cancer Registry submission
- medical record sorting
- schedule and re-schedule appointments
- handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- verify patient demographics and insurance information, updating patient records as needed
- work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team onsite and over the phone
- use sound judgement and a professional demeanor when communicating with patients as well as other staff
- other duties as assigned
