Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Medical Assistant preferably in primary care
- Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program
- National or state-specific MA certification or registration required where mandated
- CPR/BLS certification at time of start date
- Phlebotomy experience preferred

Job Duties
- Escort patients to room and ensure exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked
- Review previous medical information and gather updated health information from patients
- Take vitals, perform blood draws, give injections, bandage wounds, assist with procedures
- Prepare and administer approved medications and immunizations as directed
- Partner with care team members to develop individual patient plan of care and address gaps in care
- Perform front desk duties including patient scheduling, medical record requests, documentation, coordination of specialist visits and referrals, check-in and check-out
- Record accurate data in medical records and process test results, providing timely patient results
- Participate in patient outreach to drive engagement
- Maintain clinical and office supplies and equipment for treatments
