Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Completion of formal LPN training program
- Two or more years of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Current nursing license in the applicable state
- Proficiency in injections and EKGs
- Strong phlebotomy skills
Job Qualifications

- Graduation from a formal LPN training program
- Two or more years of experience preferred as an LPN, ideally in primary care
- Current BLS certification
- Valid nursing license to practice in the state applied for
- Ability to give injections
- Ability to complete EKGs
- Exceptional phlebotomy skills
Job Duties
- Support physician in clinical and administrative functions
- Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings to physician
- Record patient assessments into electronic medical records
- Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests
- Assist with medical procedures
- Utilize diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment
- Maintain exam room cleanliness and stock supplies
- Manage patient flow according to scheduling
- Coordinate specialist visits and referrals
- Respond to messages from patients, pharmacies, and medical offices
- Fulfill medical record requests
- Ensure a positive and supportive patient experience
