Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- Ability to work various shifts including on-call and PRN
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Must comply with nursing facility regulations
- Willingness to engage with residents respectfully and empathetically
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a healthcare or similar environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Willingness to cross-train in laundry duties
Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned
- Cross train to back up laundry department when needed
- Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments
- Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manner
- Adhere to all current regulations governing nursing facilities
- Develop a friendly, helpful rapport with residents
- Maintain the confidentiality and rights of all residents
