Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role including lifting and moving furniture
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and moving furniture
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate and respectful service to seniors
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules including part-time or full-time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the senior living facility
- Clean residents' rooms, common areas, and restrooms thoroughly
- Perform tasks such as bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and moving furniture as necessary
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly
- Participate in training and company initiatives related to resident care and environment upkeep
- Provide courteous and respectful service to residents and fellow team members
