Job Requirements
- weekday and weekend availability from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
- prior cooking experience in a similar high-volume environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures
- understanding of proper food storage, temperature holding, and sanitation
- ability to read and interpret cooking tickets accurately
- experience in high-volume food production
- strong attention to detail and consistency
Job Duties
- complete production for ala carte and banquets using standardized recipes
- properly set up and stock station-based par sheets
- use high level of skill and technique in an a la minute line production environment
- read tickets clearly and produce a consistent product in a high-volume situation
- perform any special production tasks as directed by supervisor
