Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior cooking experience preferred
  • availability to work weekdays and weekends from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to follow standardized recipes accurately
  • strong attention to detail
  • good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures
  • understanding of proper food storage
  • knowledge of temperature holding standards
  • familiarity with sanitation practices
  • ability to work in high-volume production
  • skill in a la minute cooking environment
  • clear communication skills

Job Duties

  • understand and complete production for a la carte and banquets using standardized recipes
  • properly set up and stock station-based par sheets
  • demonstrate high skill and technique in a la minute line production environment
  • read tickets clearly and produce consistent product in high-volume situations
  • perform special production as required by supervisor
  • maintain proper food storage and temperature holding standards
  • uphold sanitation and safety procedures
