Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior cooking experience preferred
- availability to work weekdays and weekends from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to follow standardized recipes accurately
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures
- understanding of proper food storage
- knowledge of temperature holding standards
- familiarity with sanitation practices
- ability to work in high-volume production
- skill in a la minute cooking environment
- clear communication skills
Job Duties
- understand and complete production for a la carte and banquets using standardized recipes
- properly set up and stock station-based par sheets
- demonstrate high skill and technique in a la minute line production environment
- read tickets clearly and produce consistent product in high-volume situations
- perform special production as required by supervisor
- maintain proper food storage and temperature holding standards
- uphold sanitation and safety procedures
