Job Requirements
- Availability to work shifts between 7am-7pm Wednesday through Saturday
- Availability to work Saturdays between 9am-5pm as needed
- Prior relevant experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Commitment to provide compassionate and respectful service
- Willingness to work flexible scheduling including full-time or part-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and take direction on multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff
- Assist with coordinating daily activities and resident needs
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and a caring attitude
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
- Support the community with a positive and respectful demeanor
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
