Job Requirements

  • Availability 7am-7pm as needed Wednesday through Saturday
  • Availability for 7am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-7pm shifts
  • Availability Saturdays between 9am-5pm as needed
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Relevant experience working with seniors or in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple directions

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors promptly and courteously
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones and handling inquiries
  • Coordinate with staff and departments to meet resident needs efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and log resident requests and concerns
  • Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff
  • Assist in organizing community events and activities
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
