Job Requirements
- Availability 7am-7pm as needed Wednesday through Saturday
- Availability for 7am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-7pm shifts
- Availability Saturdays between 9am-5pm as needed
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Relevant experience working with seniors or in customer-facing roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of one year relevant experience
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple directions

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents and visitors promptly and courteously
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones and handling inquiries
- Coordinate with staff and departments to meet resident needs efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and log resident requests and concerns
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff
- Assist in organizing community events and activities
- Provide general administrative support as needed
