Job Requirements

  • Classical culinary training or equivalent professional chef experience
  • Experience working in Michelin-starred or fine dining kitchens preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in private chef roles or luxury hospitality environments
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially comfort working around children
  • Willingness to commit full-time hours as scheduled in a flexible, dual-location role
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of health-conscious and plant-based cooking techniques
  • Valid work authorization for position location

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or private chef in high-profile or ultra-high-net-worth households or luxury/high-end restaurant settings
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
  • Flexible and proactive, able to adapt to changing household schedules and needs
  • Demonstrated high level of discretion and commitment to client privacy
  • Strong foundation in diverse culinary techniques and global cuisines
  • Ability to maintain a spotless, well-organized kitchen and uphold top-tier food safety and hygiene standards
  • Experience sourcing fresh, seasonal, premium ingredients and managing inventory and supplier relationships
  • Ability to accommodate dietary restrictions and wellness-focused meal planning including gluten-free, vegan, and keto diets
  • Experience assisting with private events, dinner parties, or special gatherings

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the head chef to plan and execute menus for both the family and office
  • Prepare high-quality, healthy meals with balanced proteins, grains, and vegetables
  • Demonstrate classical culinary techniques with refined execution
  • Incorporate plant-forward and health-conscious cooking into daily meals
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and interact kindly and comfortably with children
  • Manage dual operations between the office and private residence kitchens
  • Assist in seasonal, Mediterranean, and wellness-oriented menu planning
  • Support private entertaining or special events as needed
