Job Duties
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen surfaces
- Laundry: wash, dry, fold, iron, and put away clothing including handwashing delicate items
- Hang and organize clean clothing
- Make and change beds including sheet replacement
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms including toilets, showers, and sinks
- Dust and organize living spaces
- Clean appliances such as the fridge, oven, microwave, and stove
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Sweep patios and garage
- Shine silverware and other metal items as needed
- Empty trash bins and set out trash cans for weekly pickup
- Organize rooms and closets as needed
- Retrieve, set up, and store seasonal decorations
- Prepare the home for guests including setting up guest rooms and tidying common areas
- Water indoor and outdoor plants as directed
- Let in maintenance workers and ensure the home is secure afterward
- Bring in mail and packages
- Drop off and pick up dry cleaning
- Handle returns from vendors
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
