Job Duties
- Meet with clients to understand their event requirements including menu selection venue setup audiovisual needs and special requests
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate menu options suggesting enhancements and finalizing event details
- Coordinate with various departments including culinary service and logistics to ensure seamless event execution
- Create detailed event timelines including setup service and breakdown schedules
- Manage event budgets track expenses and provide accurate cost estimates to clients
- Collaborate with dedicated team including Kitchen Managers servers bartenders and support staff
- Partner with Above Store Leaders to schedule and assign staff for catering events ensuring proper coverage and compliance with labor regulations
