Job Duties
- Meet with clients to understand their event requirements, including menu selection, venue setup, audiovisual needs, and special requests
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate menu options, suggesting enhancements, and finalizing event details
- Coordinate with various departments, including culinary, service, and logistics, to ensure seamless event execution
- Create detailed event timelines, including setup, service, and breakdown schedules
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate cost estimates to clients
- Collaborate with our dedicated team, including Kitchen Managers, servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Partner with Above Store Leaders (ASL) to schedule and assign staff for catering events, ensuring proper coverage and compliance with labor regulations
