Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in private event sales and coordination within a restaurant hotel or event venue setting
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food beverage and event trends with the ability to guide clients through menu and setup decisions
  • Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings weekends and occasional holidays as events require
  • Familiarity with event management or CRM platforms preferred Tripleseat OpenTable Toast

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all private and semi-private events
  • Manage event details post booking through post-event follow-up including menu planning floor plans timelines and vendor coordination
  • Partner closely with culinary beverage and operations teams to ensure exceptional guest service and flawless event execution
  • Conduct detailed pre-event meetings with clients and internal teams to align on all logistics and expectations
  • Actively prospect and respond to leads through inbound inquiries and outreach
  • Maintain accurate event records BEOs and CRM data for clear communication and efficient planning
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
  • Represent the brand with professionalism enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
