Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in private event sales and coordination within a restaurant hotel or event venue setting
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple events clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of food beverage and event trends with the ability to guide clients through menu and setup decisions
- Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings weekends and occasional holidays as events require
- Familiarity with event management or CRM platforms preferred Tripleseat OpenTable Toast

Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for all private and semi-private events
- Manage event details post booking through post-event follow-up including menu planning floor plans timelines and vendor coordination
- Partner closely with culinary beverage and operations teams to ensure exceptional guest service and flawless event execution
- Conduct detailed pre-event meetings with clients and internal teams to align on all logistics and expectations
- Actively prospect and respond to leads through inbound inquiries and outreach
- Maintain accurate event records BEOs and CRM data for clear communication and efficient planning
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Represent the brand with professionalism enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
