Serving as an essential hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in Chattanooga, the Stadium Corporation supports a vibrant calendar that draws more than 500,000 visitors annually across over 200 events. Job Requirements
- Associates or bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in event management and sales
- experience in contract negotiation and administration
- proficiency with event management platforms
- advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Serve as primary contact for prospective private event clients
- manage all aspects of event planning including client walkthroughs, coordination with managers, scheduling of staff and third-party contractors, event day execution, and post-event invoicing
- collaborate with Suites Manager and contract caterer to develop experience programs, culinary packages, and pricing for private events
- maintain relationships with existing tenants and routine event clients to ensure retention and growth
- build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities using the Momentous event management platform
- assist in creating new event spaces, concepts, and packages to meet market demand
- execute Event Booking Policy based on contracts and desired event mix
- generate new revenue through event packages, marketing, networking, open houses, and social media
- outline marketing campaigns and email newsletters to support event promotion
- develop and maintain venue marketing publications
- attend community events and meetings to build partnerships
- update finleystadium.com website ensuring SEO and customer feedback
- perform other duties as assigned
