Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years event experience including organization, planning, and execution
- experience with wedding receptions, tailgates, corporate and charitable events
- ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of event planning experience including organization, planning, and execution
- background in beer business or hospitality preferred
- customer service experience acceptable
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle stressful situations
- proficient multitasker
- experience coordinating large events
- basic knowledge of bartending is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and work assignments
- meet with potential clients to sell event space and discover their event needs
- fulfill contracts and secure deposits with clients
- maintain an organized, shared event calendar with pertinent information
- oversee events to ensure they run smoothly and address any problems
- conduct end-of-event walk-throughs to verify order and prevent damage
- coordinate team members before, during, and after events
- collaborate with marketing team to promote events and manage social media content
- cultivate strong relationships inside and outside the organization
- assist with bartending during events if needed
- multitask and handle coordinating multiple large events at once
- work with vendors to ensure event success
