Job Duties
- Plan and support all private events and meeting functions at the property
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Coordinate events with all appropriate departments
- Assist clients with menu planning including food and beverage, set-up, and decorations
- Upsell products and services offered by the location
- Ensure payment is received and properly coded
- Conduct tours of golf course and facility
- Perform special projects delegated by management
- Maintain effective guest relations
- Stay updated on latest departmental and location developments
