Job Duties

  • Plan and support all private events and meeting functions at the property
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Coordinate events with all appropriate departments
  • Assist clients with menu planning including food and beverage, set-up, and decorations
  • Upsell products and services offered by the location
  • Ensure payment is received and properly coded
  • Conduct tours of golf course and facility
  • Perform special projects delegated by management
  • Maintain effective guest relations
  • Stay updated on latest departmental and location developments
