Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development or related field
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage and develop a sales pipeline independently
- proficiency in making outreach calls and sending emails
- strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- ability to attend community and networking events as required
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field especially in hospitality, events, or entertainment industry preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building relationships
- self-motivated with the ability to independently find and develop leads
- willingness to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- comfortable making outreach calls and networking with new contacts
- highly organized with strong follow-up skills
Job Duties
- Proactively prospect and identify new leads for private events including corporate gatherings, weddings, parties, nonprofit events
- develop and manage a personal pipeline of prospective clients
- make outbound calls, send outreach emails, and leverage networking opportunities to connect with decision-makers
- introduce potential clients to Frontwave Arena's event capabilities and schedule venue tours
- track outreach activity, lead status and outcomes
- represent Frontwave Arena professionally at community and networking events as needed
- maintain organized records and ensure strong follow-up with prospective clients
