- must be able to abide by the OCC Tobacco, Alcohol, and Drug Policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred but not required
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude
- capable of multitasking and adapting to fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly and accommodating demeanor
- provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure members and guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience from beginning to end
- take beverage orders, accurately answer any questions related to that particular event's food offerings, deliver food, fill water glasses, and clear dishes
- ensure proper cleanliness during and after meal service
- go above and beyond, working collaboratively with the culinary and serving teams to ensure all members and guests enjoy an impeccable dining experience
- abide by all state and federal regulations and policies for serving alcoholic beverages
