Job Duties
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Coordinate events with all appropriate departments
- Upsell products and services offered by the location
- Assist clients with menu planning including food and beverage, set-up, decorations, and other requests
- Ensure all client requirements are communicated and completed to satisfaction
- Ensure payment is received and properly coded
- Conduct tours of golf course and facility as needed
