Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • coordinate events with all appropriate departments
  • upsell products and services offered by the location
  • assist clients with menu planning including food, beverage, setup, and decorations
  • ensure all client requirements are communicated and completed accurately
  • ensure payment is received and properly coded
  • conduct tours of the golf course and facility when necessary
