Job Duties
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships
- coordinate events with all appropriate departments
- upsell products and services offered by the location
- assist clients with menu planning including food, beverage, setup, and decorations
- ensure all client requirements are communicated and completed accurately
- ensure payment is received and properly coded
- conduct tours of the golf course and facility when necessary
