Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality with a focus on private dining banquets or fine dining service
- strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams
- exceptional organizational and communication skills
- advanced knowledge of food wine and beverage service standards
- a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and exceeding expectations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as business demands
Job Duties
- lead the planning and execution of all private dining events ensuring flawless service from pre-event preparation through post-event follow-up
- partner with sales catering and culinary teams to design menus and experiences tailored to guest preferences and event goals
- develop and maintain strong relationships with guests ensuring personalized touches that elevate the dining experience
- manage and supervise private dining service staff including training scheduling and performance development
- oversee setup service flow and breakdown of all private dining events
- monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- maintain strong knowledge of food wine and beverage offerings to provide guidance and recommendations to guests
- ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- assist with budgeting forecasting and cost control related to private dining operations
