Job Duties
- Manage administrative tasks including drafting, revising, and distributing event agreements and banquet event orders (BEOs)
- Process deposits and payments
- Maintain and update client and prospect databases
- Respond to incoming inquiries and route leads appropriately
- Schedule site tours and assist leadership with calendar coordination
- Support marketing efforts through basic outreach initiatives and social media updates
- Coordinate event logistics by communicating with internal departments
- Monitor service flow during events and assist with guest needs
- Build strong relationships with event hosts and ensure satisfaction
- Escalate concerns to management when appropriate
- Support American Golf initiatives and programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
