  • Associate degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage administrative tasks including drafting, revising, and distributing event agreements and banquet event orders (BEOs)
  • Process deposits and payments
  • Maintain and update client and prospect databases
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and route leads appropriately
  • Schedule site tours and assist leadership with calendar coordination
  • Support marketing efforts through basic outreach initiatives and social media updates
  • Coordinate event logistics by communicating with internal departments
  • Monitor service flow during events and assist with guest needs
  • Build strong relationships with event hosts and ensure satisfaction
  • Escalate concerns to management when appropriate
  • Support American Golf initiatives and programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
