Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in banquet or event service
- availability for on-call shifts with varied schedule
- physical ability to set up rooms and transport equipment
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Read and interpret BEOs
- set the room and tables according to specifications
- transport equipment to meeting rooms
- provide attentive service to guests
- anticipate and meet guest needs
- maintain table linen, china, glassware, and silverware
- present menus and answer guest questions
- collaborate closely with culinary staff to ensure guest satisfaction
