Job Requirements
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform
- Complete required safety training and certification before employment
Job Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent GED
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience preferred
- Good conversational skills and team orientation
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Prior experience as a server considered an advantage
Job Duties
- Greet guests and attend to tables promptly
- Serve food and beverages and provide recommendations when necessary
- Share menu knowledge to assist guests with inquiries and special requests
- Accurately record transactions in the MICROS system
- Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and drink
- Clean tables, complete closing tasks, and replenish dishes and supplies
