Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
  • ability to lift and carry objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
  • willingness to work full time
  • adherence to company safety and security policies
  • maintain professional appearance
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and over 50 pounds with assistance
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • answer questions on menu selections
  • communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
  • record transaction in MICROS system at time of order
  • check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
  • complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
  • present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
