Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales and client communication
- Manage inquiries and negotiate contracts with potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Create detailed Restaurant Event Orders (REOs) and manage AV equipment for events
- Oversee event execution to ensure adherence to service standards
- Conduct daily solicitation to new and existing accounts in corporate, incentive, and association markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest service and event success
