Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for sales and client communication
  • Manage inquiries and negotiate contracts with potential and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Create detailed Restaurant Event Orders (REOs) and manage AV equipment for events
  • Oversee event execution to ensure adherence to service standards
  • Conduct daily solicitation to new and existing accounts in corporate, incentive, and association markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest service and event success
