Job Requirements

  • must already be legally permitted to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • experience creating and working with business event orders (BEO)
  • one to two years working in catering or food and beverage, preferable in a luxury hotel
  • strong guest service experience
  • ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast paced environment
  • knowledge of ability to operate computer equipment
  • excellent ability to read, speak, and write English

Job Duties

  • secure and provide service to catering business from social and corporate markets
  • actively promote, solicit, and prospect catering business
  • maintain Four Seasons standards and maximize revenue and profit potential
  • provide support to the catering and sales team
  • coordinate event details and ensure flawless execution
  • manage business event orders (BEO) accurately
  • maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
