Job Qualifications
- experience creating and working with business event orders (BEO)
- one to two years working in catering or food and beverage, preferable in a luxury hotel
- strong guest service experience
- ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast paced environment
- knowledge of ability to operate computer equipment
- excellent ability to read, speak, and write English
Job Duties
- secure and provide service to catering business from social and corporate markets
- actively promote, solicit, and prospect catering business
- maintain Four Seasons standards and maximize revenue and profit potential
- provide support to the catering and sales team
- coordinate event details and ensure flawless execution
- manage business event orders (BEO) accurately
- maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
