Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending experience in a quality dining establishment
Ability to work day or evening shifts
Strong communication skills

Job Duties

Mix and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic bar beverages
Manage overall operation of the individual bar
Work closely with bar manager to maintain bar costs and inventory
Provide a memorable bar and dining experience to members and customers
Demonstrate strong leadership to guide and support team members
Thrive in fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service
Foster positive relationships with members, employees, and guests
