Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
  • ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
  • must be fluent in English
  • must be available to work an irregular schedule
  • must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • specific vision abilities including close and distance vision

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be fluent in English
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently or in a team
  • preferred bilingual in Spanish
  • preferred minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume club or restaurant

Job Duties

  • set up and maintain feast items
  • take food and beverage orders from guests
  • demonstrate knowledge of menu and feast items
  • take food orders noting special needs
  • follow all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service
  • keep the work area clean and sufficiently stocked
  • secure payment for food and beverage orders
  • sincerely thank guests at the end of each order
  • serve quality food products
  • provide outstanding customer service
  • perform other duties as assigned
