Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- must be fluent in English
- must be available to work an irregular schedule
- must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close and distance vision
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be fluent in English
- excellent customer service skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work independently or in a team
- preferred bilingual in Spanish
- preferred minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume club or restaurant
Job Duties
- set up and maintain feast items
- take food and beverage orders from guests
- demonstrate knowledge of menu and feast items
- take food orders noting special needs
- follow all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service
- keep the work area clean and sufficiently stocked
- secure payment for food and beverage orders
- sincerely thank guests at the end of each order
- serve quality food products
- provide outstanding customer service
- perform other duties as assigned
