- Must be 21+ years old
- Previous bartending experience preferably in banquet or high-volume settings
- Knowledge of mixology
- Knowledge of wine
- Knowledge of beer
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- TIPS or alcohol certification required
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Maintain a professional appearance

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
- Accurately record and relay food and beverage orders
- Ensure timely and efficient service while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Anticipate and address members' needs proactively
- Collaborate with serving staff and banquet captains for smooth order coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas
- Execute payment transactions and assist during special events and functions
