Job Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Previous bartending experience preferably in banquet or high-volume settings
  • Knowledge of mixology
  • Knowledge of wine
  • Knowledge of beer
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
  • TIPS or alcohol certification required
  • Reliable
  • Punctual
  • Maintain a professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
  • Accurately record and relay food and beverage orders
  • Ensure timely and efficient service while maintaining high standards of presentation
  • Anticipate and address members' needs proactively
  • Collaborate with serving staff and banquet captains for smooth order coordination
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas
  • Execute payment transactions and assist during special events and functions
