Job Duties
- Collaborate with PCRM, advocacy, and brand teams to develop and execute UHNWI recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies
- organize and manage annual events to recruit, retain, and engage UHNWI clients
- identify and recruit new private clients and build trusted relationships
- educate clients on The Macallan product range, history, and new releases
- plan and propose direct private consumer programs and personal PR initiatives with brand and commercial teams
- manage all direct-to-consumer sales operations within the sales framework and financial model
