Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Knowledge of luxury brand market preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for client events

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with PCRM team, Advocacy Team, and Brand Team to develop UHNWI recruitment strategy
  • Organize and execute annual events to recruit, retain, and engage UHNWI clients
  • Identify and recruit new private clients and build trusted relationships
  • Serve as product and category expert on The Macallan's history and new releases
  • Plan and propose direct private consumer programmes with brand and commercial teams
  • Manage sales operations, financial models, and margin structures for DTC sales
