Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in client relationship management or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and event planning skills
- Knowledge of luxury brand market preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel for client events

Job Duties
- Collaborate with PCRM team, Advocacy Team, and Brand Team to develop UHNWI recruitment strategy
- Organize and execute annual events to recruit, retain, and engage UHNWI clients
- Identify and recruit new private clients and build trusted relationships
- Serve as product and category expert on The Macallan's history and new releases
- Plan and propose direct private consumer programmes with brand and commercial teams
- Manage sales operations, financial models, and margin structures for DTC sales
