Job Requirements

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
Proven experience as a private chef or in fine dining or private catering
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Physically able to operate kitchen equipment and appliances
Willingness to travel locally as needed
Must work onsite primarily

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a private chef or in fine dining or private catering
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training required
Expertise in a wide range of cuisines and cooking techniques
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Develop weekly menus tailored to family preferences, dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients
Prepare daily meals including lunch and dinner and snacks for residents and occasional guests
Plan and execute menus for private parties, holidays and special occasions
Coordinate with household staff for seamless event service
Shop for high-quality, fresh ingredients and maintain pantry and kitchen inventory
Build relationships with local vendors and specialty suppliers
Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen environment
Ensure proper food storage and compliance with health standards
Accommodate allergies, health goals and special diets
Provide balanced, nutritious meals aligned with household preferences
Perform any other duties assigned as necessary
