Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- full ownership of culinary function including menu planning, sourcing, stocking, preparation, serving, sanitation, and cleanup
- reporting maintenance issues to house manager or principal
- nutritional oversight with health-conscious planning and ability to calculate macros
- budgeting and making weekly reports on culinary expenses
- preference for local and organic sourcing with relationships to farmers markets and specialty purveyors
- meal preparation for off-days and travel periods
- hosting support for small, intimate dinners and gatherings
