This opportunity is with a senior couple seeking an experienced, full-time Private Chef for a unique year-round position that alternates between two residences located in Fisher Island, Florida, from November to April, and New Jersey from May to October. Job Duties

  • Plan and prepare daily lunch and dinner for two principals
  • Create diverse, elevated menus featuring international cuisines including Italian, Asian, sushi, and other global influences
  • Cater to special dietary needs such as low-carb and low-sugar diets while maintaining excellent taste and nutritional balance
  • Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers, local farms, and specialty markets
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchens in both residences
  • Coordinate with existing household staff to ensure seamless service and support
  • Accommodate occasional entertaining and small dinner gatherings
  • Ensure proper kitchen sanitation, food safety standards, and inventory control
