Job Duties

  • Begin daily meal preparation by sourcing ingredients from garden and local markets
  • Prepare nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner accommodating varied family schedules
  • Collaborate with garden staff to utilize estate-grown produce and plan seasonal menus
  • Create an engaging kitchen environment for family participation, especially children
  • Design weekly menus balancing Mediterranean and diverse international cuisines
  • Prepare family-style meals for gatherings and occasional formal events
  • Maintain organized, clean workspace and coordinate with housekeeping staff throughout cooking
  • Adapt dishes to accommodate dietary needs and texture sensitivities
