Job Requirements
- Minimum culinary experience in professional kitchens
- Ability to work independently in client homes
- Must have or be willing to obtain Texas food safety certification
- Own reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible weekday mornings to early afternoons
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Professional kitchen experience such as restaurant, catering, or private chef
- Comfortable cooking solo in client homes
- Clean, organized, and respectful of personal spaces
- Ability to follow systems and recipes
- Professional communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Texas food safety certification or ability to obtain it
Job Duties
- Cooking weekly in-home meal prep for assigned clients
- Preparing 3 lunch/dinner recipes
- Preparing 1 simple breakfast or snack
- Following provided menus, systems, and standards
- Grocery shopping or using pre-ordered groceries when applicable
- Leaving kitchens clean and organized
- Communicating clearly with operations lead
