Job Duties
- Anticipate and customize guest minibar and private bar needs
- Stock and replenish in-room private bars and coffee stations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of minibar areas
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage team to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain inventory and report usage to management
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to minibar services
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of service and hospitality
