- Four-year college education or equivalent work experience
- 5 years banking experience or related work experience with lending experience
- Knowledgeable of private banking and bank financial products and services
- Knowledge of deposit and loan products and bank policy
- Knowledge of document preparation and new accounts systems
- Knowledge of negotiable instruments
- Complete understanding of securing a loan
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations and bank policies on credit
- Knowledge of sales principles
- Knowledge of basic investment estate planning and insurance strategies for high net worth clients
- Superior judgment in loan decisions
- Experience with sophisticated clientele
- Experience handling troubled loans and problem customers
- Thorough knowledge of loan and deposit debits and credits
- Strong analytical ability

- Required 7 63 or 66 and insurance licensure for Level III
- Previous investment or trust experience beneficial

Job Duties
- Coordinate entire credit approval process including loan approval within lending authority for consumer and commercial relationships including partnering with mortgage expert
- Service loan portfolio including credit and collateral exceptions and past dues
- Work with partners to provide deposit solutions and other retail services to meet clients' needs
- Collaborate with team to provide non-bank solutions including planning investments insurance and fiduciary services
- Develop new private banking business and call on potential or existing customers to promote company services
- Maintain professional community relations including leadership roles to increase visibility and business opportunities
- Provide financial and banking advice and counseling through a team approach to top clients
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Cross-train lead and develop team of associates to promote productivity engagement succession planning and strategic goals for Level II and III
- Provide advice and guidance to subordinate officers on complex credit decisions for Level III
