Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5-7 years of management/leadership experience in the offset printing industry or similar manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet research skills
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Visual color discrimination skills
- Ability to follow plant safety rules, processes, hygiene, and allergen procedures related to Safe Quality Foods production
- Commitment to reporting unsafe conditions or noncompliance related to SQF
- Participate in SQF root cause and corrective actions as required
- Adherence to all SQF procedures
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5-7 years of management/leadership experience in the offset printing industry or similar manufacturing environment

- Experience with SAP preferred

- Good interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated foresight, creativity, and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Use lean daily management to improve operational effectiveness in safety, quality, productivity, and culture
- Streamline processes and procedures using lean manufacturing concepts
- Support and assist Plant Manager in daily operation of the facility
- Direct printing production of all items at the lowest cost consistent with quality and quantity specifications
- Develop, recommend, and implement operating policies and ensure application
- Coordinate and collaborate with all plant departments to establish and carry out responsibilities
- Manage employees by establishing performance goals, allocating resources, and assessing performance
- Provide leadership for continuous improvement in safety, quality/customer satisfaction, and productivity
- Lead production management and employees to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase throughput
- Assist and support Plant Manager in all areas
- Collaborate with HS&E Manager to maintain a safe work environment and implement safety procedures
- Participate in SQF root cause and corrective actions
- Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF)
- Report unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to the proper authority
- Perform all other duties as assigned
