Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to travel for venue walkthroughs
- Proficiency in relevant software (Airtable, Excel, Google Docs) preferred
- Knowledge of large-format and lithographic printing and fabrication processes
- Ability to manage budgeting and financial tracking for project production
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and occasional walking as required
Job Qualifications

- 7 to 10 years of experience in event production or similar project management roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage large projects on tight deadlines and budgets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience interfacing with creative, production, and fabrication teams
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail and big picture thinking
- Knowledge of large format printing, lithographic printing, engineering, fabrication, and fulfillment processes
- Working knowledge of Airtable, Excel, Google Docs, and Slack preferred
Job Duties
- Act as primary point of contact for planning and design/production for all venue assets
- Attend all venue walkthroughs, take additional photography of venues, meet with external partners including venue key contacts
- Provide suggestions and advisement during event space walkthroughs regarding production feasibility
- Take space measurements on site and update venue specification decks accordingly
- Review previous events and activations to understand venue specifics and execution strategies
- Update venue documents to reflect the latest specifications and assets
- Create and manage detailed production timelines and spreadsheets for each venue
- Provide specifications and information to Creative and Production Project Managers
- Lead daily and weekly planning calls, including event deck reviews and team check-ins
- Communicate timelines for reviews, approvals, and production deadlines to clients and internal teams
- Partner with Creative PM to manage design development and brand asset repurposing including maintaining event branding decks
- Coordinate pickup, diagnosis, repair, and repainting of reusable branding elements
- Oversee installation, breakdown, and transfer of produced elements across venues
- Collaborate with production teams to manage and update budgets for production and installation
- Manage budgeting for installations requiring union labor
- Obtain client pre-approvals for experiential elements, branding additions, and union fees
